Jim, congrats on taking charge- someone must. Humble input-follow Reagan’s strategy: just develop 3 fundamental “planks” that unite all conservatives, no more----sign on other grass roots groups--and then hammer away.

In exile here in Blue state CT, I probably can’t attend a conference- but I’ll support your efforts in any way I can.
