So it says in the article.
I'm hoping Sarah can spearhead a movement of governor's to take steps to solidify individual States Rights as provided for by the Constitution.
Texas has it written into their constitution that they can, at any time they so decide, secede from the U.S. And Oklahoma recently passed a resolution for their sovereignty -
""WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows: 'The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.';
and WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment .....
etc, ending with
"THAT the State of Oklahoma hereby claims sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not otherwise enumerated and granted to the federal government by the Constitution of the United States.
THAT this serve as Notice and Demand to the federal government, as our agent, to cease and desist, effective immediately, mandates that are beyond the scope of these constitutionally delegated powers.

This is what needs to be done in every state - or at least enough so's we'd have a 'safe haven' to go to, if need be.
Sarah could get enough governors on board to spearhead this as a countrywide movement. It could, just possibly, be the only way the zero's 4th Reich will be stopped. By relegating the powers of DC back to the Constitutional Rights - protect us from foreign enemies and a few other things that we can't take care of ourselves.
WE need to get State's Rights reestablish NOW...Together we stand, or we fall apart;
Thank you! How refreshing! This is what resonated the most w/ me w/ her - can we please get back to small govt. and more local/state govt. control?? :)
there’s a couple of chances of that happening-slim and none. I am a big believer in the Xth Amendment, but like so much of the Constituion-the American people are ignorant of what it says, and Washington doesn’t care what it says.
