Did you perhaps once stop by the Brandin’ Iron during my younger, more stupid nights, look up at me, and say, “I thought you’d be bigger?” ...didn’t really happen in Jasper, you know. ...or years before then, maybe have a chat with a tall, young man from Texas? ;-)

But then I’m gettin’ kind of old. ;-) It was a nice area to pick blackberries and mushrooms in, though. And because of the Army training and personal change toward conservative ways since then, old friends there wouldn’t recognize me.
