It’s called teens having babies out of wedlock and perpetuating the problem. Babes were meant to have a mother AND a father to raise them.
Let us not forget the high percentage of black babies that are aborted. Of course that is something Obama supports. Don’t sound like change or hope to continue the killing of babies,white or black.
