So, what’s new?
Get used to it. the Railroad is headed Left, on track, full speed to the rear and there is little possibility of even slowing it down.

The practice of avoiding any hearing that might be “good” for the other side is a childish dereliction of duty. The democrats do this all the time.
And then there’s the fact the Senators waste 99% of their time and don’t ask any questions.
And We the People let them get away with it.

Republicans would find it too embarrassing to ask teh Sec of State why her husband takes millions from Saudi Arabia and Dhubai while she makes a career of blocking domestic energy production.
And therein they are complicit in the corruption.

the gov of AZ was in such a hurry to get out from under the disaster he has caused here in AZ that he would have taken any job with 0s admin. I’m sorry that the rest of the country is stuck with him, but those of us in AZ are going to be better off with Jan Brewer at the helm.

We need to deduct pay from senators missing votes.
When I miss work, I don’t get paid. Even the Unions don’t give that good of a deal. But politicians are above accountability??? Only because we aren’t ugly enough with them. The times are a changin......

There votes don’t count, but they still should have participated in the hearings just so their questions (and her answers) are on record.

The concept of a popular election of senators shows itself for its flaw — a wholly unaccountable, super entitlement mentality. No sense of duty.

Only half of the members in the U.S. Senate committee that screens among the most important presidential cabinet nomineesSecretary of Homeland Securitybothered to show up for confirmation hearings this week and only two Republicans participated. And that was probably record attendance!
