CNNs Saturday filled with following Barack Obamas train trip to the Inauguration was also filled with Obama praise. At one juncture, CNN couldnt help but metaphorically merge Barack Obama with the exhilarating news of the US Airways pilot who landed his plane in the Hudson River without losing a single passenger.
A few minutes after 2 pm Eastern time, anchorman Wolf Blitzer recalled "Soledad [OBrien] and I were talking about this earlier and she was saying metaphorically in some ways, the pilot of that airplane is very much like Barack Obama -- that he got the plane down safely, but everybody else had to join together to get out of the plane and pull together to get through that adversity. I thought that was an interesting metaphor.
And he finagled and finessed his way into his first office, getting people thrown or kept off the ballot. What a “heroic” rise.
And unlike 0bama, President Bush has actually flown an airplane. He knows how difficult (and potentially dangerous) it can be. It’s much more challenging than being a community organizer.
Was to several stores yesterday, and they actually have Obama posters.
Don’t remember them having Bush posters.
I walked out thinking, lefties go ahead and waste your money on Obama posters, and I will spend mine on ammo.
We will see which is worth more once the economy deteriorates some more.
IDIOTS.
This adoration and worship of Odumbo is nothing short of unabashed hagiolatry. That arguably educated adults should apotheosize such a nullity as Obama is more than pathetic, it is unseemly.
Have and nice day. And GO EAGLES!!!
A black Keith Olbermann.
Been there, done that. The Arkansas Grifters covered that slot.
And don't be ruling out the Mt. Rushmore thingy. The One (Piss Be Upon Him), will have his own mountain. It'd be too racist to carve his likeness into the Black Hills next to all those old Whities.
Tell me about it.
It's like a bad dream you think you are going to wake up from and the world will be right.
But, no the horror slowly sinks in, the American people though a MSM fifth column put into the most important job in the world a neophyte, Marxist, narcissistic empty suit.
God help us.
Our Marxist community organizer hasn’t even been sworn in yet and these idiots have already started the presidential election campaign for 2012.
This is going to be a long and extremely unbearable four years.
The word “hero” is now being tossed around like the words “superstar” and “diva” have been. Sooner or later, everybody becomes one, resulting in the words completely losing their original meaning.
Stupidity never ceases!
This whole week is going to be intolerable. I’m going to stoke up the DVD player and stay away from the news.
Yesterday I was listening to Larry Kudlow, since he went to the private dinner Bill Krystol had for Obama, he sounds like a spineless RHINO (more so than usual).
Yes, It’s gonna be a looooong 4 years!
Wolfie was fantazing about how he would like to have one night alone with the messiah.
In hopes that it only is four years. I don’t think four years is enough time to zero out the obamamania, just as eight years is not enough time to zero out BDS.
“I tell ya, this is getting weirder and weirder all the time. I have never, in the life of me, seen stuff like this happen.”
I am 58, and I have never seen such worship of a human being as I’ve seen of the adoration bestowed upon this no-account grifter. It’s like the world has gone completely insane, that it has been duped by smoke and mirrors and fanciful smoke.
Same thing with Peggy Noonan this morning. She was still basking in the afterglow of her intimate dinner with THE ONE. She practically had the vapors.
We’ll all land in freezing cold water with Obama, but only he will get on the lifeboat and let the rest of us drown.
In my opinion, it is just down the street.
If you thought Clinton worship was bad wait until obama worship gets going.
“Never in the course of human events have so many vested so much in one who has done so little.”
Well said, and I’m sure Churchill would agree with you.
