Bush on the 01.16.09., a legal action is being filed in the Federal Court in the Central District of California. The executive order provides for Reciprocity and Reinvestigation of Individuals in positions of public trust. Section 2 (e), provides for investigation of required level of character and conduct. On behalf of Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes, Wiley S. Drake and Markham Robinson attorney Orly Taitz has filed a legal action for a writ of Mandamus, declaratory Relief and Injunctive Relief on the issue of legitimacy for presidency of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Obama aka Barry Soetoro and directing Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, Director of FBI Robert Mueller, and director of Personnel Michael Hager to provide all necessary documentation in regards to Mr. Obama’s (Soetoro’s) legitimacy for presidency and US citizenship.
