How many overtime manhours are being paid, and how many government vehicles - with motors and heaters running - are being used to provide security for this vanity of all vanities? I heard that 45000 LEOs are involved in guarding every road, bridge and overpass that cross this train track.

Roads in Baltimore were being closed in the middle of last night, with busses and bus drivers blocking the intersections.
