Apparently the various military academies aren’t considered conservative.

They (along with The Citidal) are generally not categorized with the regular university system in rankings because of admission requirements.

I would have thought that The Citadel and VMI would be on the list. Given the religious orientation, they may mean socially conservative rather than politically conservative.
