It will never get through. If it did, yes, it would mean something incredibly signficant. A break-up of the union, perhaps.

they are pushing this issue amongst all kinds of stuff. keep your eyes open for the stuff that they are trying to sneak through under the radar.

Well it isn’t going to make it through Congress since it needs the approval of 2/3rds of both houses. Only other way is to have 2/3rs of the legislatures propose it. Then it’ll still need 3/4ths of the states to ratify it. I don’t see how that is possible.
