If a foreign dignitary walked out on an Obama speech, I have a feeling this would be the headline on every news page, saying how rude and arrogant leaving was.

The Blair House has an outstanding kitchen. Perhaps better then the restaurant he went to. He just showed his lack of class by going out while the speech was on.
