Turn to God and pray that He will send His Son to save those who believe so that they may be spared from the turmoil that will follow.

All of your angst could have been completely avoided if the republicans had run any kind of competitive candidates for the office. The slug obammer would have been sent back to chicago where he could rejoin his muslim brotherhood.

But no....we had to go and run mcidiot and a strange lady from Alaska as the "best" republican candidates!

We've all gotten exactly what we deserve. Now we'll have to live (or die as the case may be) with it.

...”Barack Hussein Obama is neither a friend of America, nor someone whom believes in the principals of freedom and liberty.”...

Key point. I, too, have extreme misgivings, in particular with Obama’s intent to close Gitmo immediately, but more so with the appointment of Leon Panetta to DCIA. It is frightening to contemplate democrats in charge of national security in these times, even more so with a purely political animal in the Directorship of CIA. I could go on about the permanent campaign that has potential to evolve into a corps of brownshirts, al la Nazi Germany in 1939, but it makes me ill to contemplate.

Yeah, several bottles of Pepto-Bismol on hand are quite understandable.

I just avoid all such exposures as much as possible. Easier without the TV around.

Focusing on God first, most and always is becoming increasingly essential . . .

as it will be more and more—not just for spiritual health—but for survival at all.

It's hilarious to see the liberals accuse conservatives of “being unpatriotic” for not hoping Obama succeeds.

I want AMERICA to succeed - to remain strong, prosperous and free.

Naturally I don't want America to be saddled with a failure as president. But Obama’s policies will hurt our country! it is he who does not want America to succeed, by supporting the policies he does.

I love my country. I have to hope he is unsuccessful in implementing policies that will ruin it.

Before the election, I was sick and tired of hearing about Barack Hussein Obama. This morning I turned on Fox in order to see what was taking place in Israel and FOX was dwelling on the so-called historical inauguration and the TV was immediately turned off.

Might I suggest to all news media that scans through these post - EVERY INAUGURATION is HISTORICAL. Most of all, “NOT” all of us are conditioned to lock step with what the media has done and millions of us did “NOT” partake of the Barack Hussein Obama kool-aid.

Stop trying to stage American History for your own glory. This Hollywood production is destroying our “REPUBLIC”.

“Yet, despite my own personal concerns about the president-elect, one can still be in awe at the peaceful transistion of power that is unique to America.”

This too may be a thing of the past.

Still, call it early nostalgia or impending buyers-remorse, but Barack Obama increasingly scares the hell out of me.

Editor Natasha Luke needs an editor, i.e. "principals (sic) of freedom and liberty". If she wanted people to think she actually had some knowledge of the subject, it would be good to use the proper word.

“his immediate decision to close Gitmo and move prisoners that want to kill Americans into America’s boarders,”

Which “boarders” would that be? Folks in subsidized housing maybe?

Everything out of 0bama’s mouth says he will usher in the era of command economics. The government will ration how much you will get of:

Gasoline
Electricity
Health Care
Housing
Education
Credit
Food

The problem is that his policies will dictate that very little of the above are actually being produced. Rationing will mean little when it’s only available on the black market or under the table. Just like the USSR. Any wonder why the Russian mafia took over so quickly? Who do you think was actually running their economy all along? We will get the same here.

Even if we had the second coming of Ronald Reagan, I don’t know if he’ll be able to repair half the damage 0bama will do to us in the next four years.

The problem is that replacing one bad president with one very good one is only a small percentage of the problem. We have a totally corrupt and ineffective Congress, and a giant uncontrolled bureaucracy. One man cannot undo all of that.
