I can’t believe this witch beat McCrory. Yes, NC is is in financial difficulty. I wonder why? Could it have anything to do with the state legislature under democratic control for years and years? One of the main reasons we continued to live here after my husband retired from the military is that his military retirement pay is not taxed by the state (Bailey Act). I’m wondering how long that will remain in effect with this budget mess.
Oh, and bite it Bev. Cut spending.
