Too late for ceasfires IMO - unconditional SURRENDER is what the Israelis should be aiming for. And I think they can effectively achieve it if they persevere and play their cards right. Methinks that Hamas has long over-stayed their welcome in the Gaza Strip.
I agree with the posters who have chimed in so far on this thread. Hamas simply wants to take a break so they can regroup, restock and restart their attacks on Israel.

Was kinda wondering what an “unconditional cease-fire” was. Does that mean the IDF can continue searching Gaza, arresting Hamas swine and shipping them off for disposal?

This is the best time for the IDF to press the attack...wipe these cockroaches off the Earth! I am not holding my breath, however...
