Offhand, I don't have one, but you can find copies of St. Thomas' writings online. The Summa Theologiae is available at www.newadvent.org and the Summa Contra Gentiles is available at http://www.nd.edu/Departments/Maritain/etext/gc.htm.

In my metaphysics class, we used the book "The One and the Many" by W. Norris Clark. It isn't pure Thomistic metaphysics (it's actually based on Lonergan's Transcendental Thomism), but it isn't a bad starter.
