NACO, Ariz. — An illegal immigrant convicted in the past of sexual offenses in Perry, Iowa, was apprehended Saturday by U.S. Border Patrol agents from the Naco Station as he tried to re-enter the United States, the agency said in a news release issued Monday.
The unidentified 36-year-old Mexican man was apprehended, and when he was checked through the federal identification system it was revealed he had been convicted of third-degree sexual assault and abuse. The Mexican national was one of three convicted sex offenders apprehended from Saturday to early Monday morning. Two others were:
• A 26-year-old Mexican man who was charged with and convicted of child enticement and sexual contact. He also has an active arrest warrant out of Madison, Wis. He was taken into custody by agents from the Border Patrol’s Nogales Station.
• On Monday, agents from the Sonoita Station arrested another unidentified 26-year-old Mexican man who had been previously convicted of felony lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14. He also had an active felony warrant our of Redwood City, Calif.
All those captured are being held pending removal proceedings.

If this guy really did what he is accused of, I don’t see why he is even allowed out of prison. I wonder how much of a problem this sort of incident really is.
Let them come into the country only on condition that EVERYTHING gets cut off AT THE BORDER. Then they get sent home to heal and they can come back legally next time.
