Republicans got outright 50-49 majority in November elections for first time in 140 years in Tennessee House of Representatives. In past half hour, Democrats voted en masse for a RINO traitor, who then voted for himself. Chaos ensued in the chamber. Kent Williams is a puppet for long-time Speaker and Democrat Boss Jimmy "Boss Hogg" Naifeh. This theft is almost playbook identical to the 1995 theft of the California Assembly using a RINO puppet for Speaker Willie Brown.
Currently in recess, returning at 2:15pm CST to elect Speaker Pro Tempore, with the RINO traitor "Speaker", is expected to reelect Democrat to post. Total outrage in the chamber and in the state of TN that the minority party has STOLEN power again.

The Rodents did the same thing in Texas.
Installed a puppet RINO from San Antonio by voting in a block, pealing off 16 RINOS -— all of whom WILL draw opposition in the primary.

All Republicans (50) had pledged to support Jason Mumpower for Speaker. This traitor broke his pledge.

They did it in TX last week, too.
The full-court press is on, and the GOP is the Washington Generals.

Are you saying that Naifeh is still going to be speaker?

No. Williams is “Speaker”, but he is a puppet for Naifeh who clearly plotted behind the scenes to orchestrate this. Williams asked Naifeh to kindly CONTINUE presiding over this farce of a session. He’ll likely keep all the Democrats in power in committees. He might as well switch parties right now, he is a dead as a Republican.

I think someone in the Republican leadership should fire off a pointed, but not overly terse, letter expressing mild disdain for the maneuver. That'll show them!

If they can take it, it wasn’t really “stolen”.
The Republicans gave it to them, again.
