I'm all about critter watching while camping. One time I was about 30 feet from a 405lb. black bear. He was magnificent. He had been darted a few times and moved because stupid people insisted on feeding him, that's how we knew his weight.
The idiot that was feeding him had his stuff trashed. Was complaining to the ranger about the damage.....unreal. Darwin award nominee.

There are many Darwin awards to be had when dealing with the public. I particularly like the folks that chase the bears to get their pictures....sometimes with their kids! And the sow with cubs no less!
