She needs to verbally eviscerate, expose and embarrass one of the media gatekeepers in a one on one interview. Like taking on Charlie Gibson and doing what Ann Coulter does to them: Making them look like whiny little b****es they are.
There are times you have to make a statement and send a clear concise message you enough is enough. It is “drop the gloves and dance” time
Sarah needs to learn to keep her powder dry. Now if Obama’s approval ratings start to tank and people are more open, then she can level these attacks, but now is not the time. Timing is everything.
This way, you get your ideas out there with no media filter.
Michelle Malkin was repeatedly censored by YouTube (pwned by Google). "Bloggers who lie" repeatedly got her own video posts pulled as "racist" or moved to "adult only" content.
And "bloggers who lie" also post many many "comments" to videos they don't even watch to discourage those who might THINK of watching them from doing so. The "comments" fields look a whole lot like a flame war.
But then YouTube is "unfiltered" media. Right?
True.
I disagree with you. She needs to not sound shrill or whiney, but if she shows strength than the media will hold her in more respect next time.
She doesn’t have to allow comments on the clips she posts.
Yeah, the jerks could still get them flagged, I suppose. But these videos still have a way of going viral. She could also post them on her website and people can send the links there.
The main point is that she should not depend on the MSM to get her message out.
Give me a break, the media asked her opinion and she gave it. You expect her to be like McCain and play nice with the Dims while they stick more knives in the backs of conservatives? Screw this roll over and die attitude. When a libtard uses repetition it becomes the zeitgeist. When a conservative does it, it all of the sudden is whining.
In the interviews she gave to Greta and Zeigler, she explained why she answered the way she did when she was asked about what she read. Last time I checked, she WAS mocked by the media...i don’t know where her tone is whiny when she talks about the media—when she’s asked a question, she answers it without sounding like a damsel in distress. and as for busting her butt on preparing for the additional interviews, how do you know that she didn’t? i think the reason she didn’t want to do the additional interviews is she knew they were out for blood.
The governor gives an interview to Esquire. CNN jealously reads it and does a hit job on Palin with selected out of context quotes.
Then some on this forum take CNN's side?

“but if she shows strength than the media will hold her in more respect next time”
did you forget to add /sarc?
People who see her exhibiting a strong will invariably will respect her. Going along to get along is what makes a RINO a RINO. If she fails to challenge the garbage thrown her way, she’s seen as weak and by failing to challenge the lies gives them credence by remaining silent. Her only course is to refute and attack. The more experience she gains by being strong and standing her ground, the better off she’ll be when her time comes again.
Excellent point. Whatever is beyond "Dancing With the Stars" and "American Idol" is outside the interest of most Americans. But the more Sarah gets in front of the camera and speaks out against the media, the better the chance that couch potatoes will sit up and take notice. Also, if the Republican Party realizes that her opinions are interesting and popular, they might all "grow a pair" and start talking like Conservatives too. So GO SARAH!
It was CNN calling her a whiner, for crying out loud! Read the Esquire interview.

This is not Mrs. Thatcher-esqe. McLame is history. Move on, Sarah.
Like most? many? some? here?
The mass media is losing financial strength by the day. Print media is in a tailspin. Network news is barely treading water. Not from the current manufactured economic “crisis”, either. They were in decline before the SHTF.
That is the best advice I’ve heard. Please send your idea directly to Sarah. Send it in a letter addressed personally to her. An e-mail probably won’t reach her. I really think you have hit on something that could make a difference.
99% of those who comment over there would trash Sarah if she said she likes kitties and rainbows. They're the same obots who infest YouTube, Digg and any other site that allows open comment. There is nothing she can say that won't draw these vile comments from the human debris that the media/democrat(ick) party incubates.
