Putting Michael Schiavo's attorney (who helped kill his wife, Terri - RIP) as the #3 guy in the "new Justice department" should give us all a hint as to what he would like to do to the old and infirm among us.

You see, "we just can't afford" to keep the defective around, and besides it is more "compassionate" to "let them die," don't you know. Even if it means starving and dehydrating them to death.

If you're correct, that is a very disturbing development. Although it isn't certain how much the euthenasia movement will directly benefit from him at Justice, it would be much better if he were confined to a cell somewhere.
