What businessman would hire someone “for” the $3000?

The cost of hiring, keeping employed, and then the difficulty of reducing head count is not worth 3K.

It would simply end up being a meaningless “gimmee.”

But I suppose it's a moot point.

Obammie the Commie said that he would give a tax break, which means he won't.

Has he set a record yet for “most campaign promises broken before inauguration day?”

That’s what I thought when I read it. The cost of insurance for an employee at my company is $1000 bucks a month, and my employer pays that. So my employer’s going to take on salary, SS tax, cost of training, and insurance to hire a new employee and the incentive...$3000. The whole idea was laughable.
