This is a heavily contested category, but I must agree the comment in question is a serious contender.

In (very) partial defense of exist, there are bars and bars. A woman alone at some bars is probably indeed there to get laid. But even in such a case this is not even close to being a valid defense for assault and rape.

Sometimes you wish the jury had the option to vote to form a firing squad.
