If he has deceived all 50 states regarding his eligibility, he is indeed - like well and truly f..ked.
He did sign eligibility papers for each state as far as I know. But, no state secretary felt they had the authority to verify his eligibility. Therefore, it kept filtering down.
When no one cries FOUL, the masses will just go along.
And the “masses” are generally ill-informed. That’s not a cut on the “masses”, it’s just a factual observation that CURRENTLY 18% watch the news(local/state/internation).
