Why do you mention those particular years in your tag-line? What’s with the 1996, 2006, and 2008? Wasn’t that the year that Clinton won the second time, the Democrats took Capitol Hill back over, and not only increased their numbers there, but put in a left-wing Dem. Pres.? I wonder!
