Your suspicions were confirmed today as that is precisely what our President said to the press -- he will not seek the klieg lights but will exit the stage quietly. He will not criticize his successor believing nothing is gained (are you listening Carter/Clinton?)and only wishes him much success. He is one class act and I will miss him terribly.
