There he goes with his analogies again! Try this one: to find the bathroom in a darkened house without stubbing your toe requires a finely tuned navigation system of advanced design, able to detect errors in course and correct them on the fly.

OR it just requires walking slowly with your hands out in front of you and fumbling along till you get where you're going. Error tolerance doesn't have to be all that complicated.

wow- and that shows that species designed error tolorances are ‘simple’ how? Especially conciderign that it appears there is that metainfo thingie where tolorances for new situations can be turned on at soem point when hte need arises, which just goes to show even further species specific tolorance complexities?
