The same with the 2nd law. Something in living systems is temporarily, and only slightly successfully, overriding it. I say slightly successfully because obvious deterioration begins to set in after a couple decades and seems to progress logarithmically after that. :(

And yet microbes continue to clone themselves, copy errors and all, at a rate thousand of time faster than human reproduction, and do not run down due to genetic entropy. Why do you suppose that is?

Because there is something temporarily overriding entropy.

Creationists know what that is. What's the scientific explanation?
