We had people fly in from all over country for a CETME shoot a few years back. They all followed the letter of the federal law when they departed.
Are they to be arrested under Ca State law if they are in compliance with federal law?
This whole thing stinks to high heaven. I am all for state law and believe that local law should trump some ahole on capitol hill, but this is a bit of a quandary when the state law violates the constitution.
