I love pot roast too, and will make French Onyum soup with the leftover broth..

Oh.. I saw bacon wrapped spiced Tx Quail today too. Like 2.50 a piece fresh. looked mighty tempting, those are real good and the price was right but I need about 6 of those just for me in one meal
