No, he won’t. It will be “Bush’ Fault”, because he made the terrorists mad, by his “harsh interrogation techniques” and the terrorists “merely struck back”. Obama “just happened to be president” at the time, and he will be so nice to the terrorists to make up for the harsh treatment they received from the Bush administration. He will just decide to have a summit with Bin Laden and Ahmadinejad and ask them what they wish for the US to do.
