This is for the 2010 election right? Who is the incumbent, and is he running for re-election?
To: Tennessee Nana
We've got too many candidates on our side. The Dems will come up with a consensus candidate, which will probably be Jr.

No, Bredesen cant run agian..
He is in his 2nd term...
To: Coldwater Creek
Yes Harold Ford Jr is thinking about running...

It is a shame Don Sundquist fouled up so completely, I knew him on a first name basis back 25 years ago, same thing with Charlie Crist. Those guys were not RINOs back in the YR days.
To: Lucius Cornelius Sulla
Those guys were not RINOs back in the YR days. Wamp is, without a doubt, a RINO. I have first hand experience with this guy. I've never met a more mealy-mouthed, fence sitting politician. Show up at one of his campaign stops and watch him follow the cameras. It'll give you great insight into where Wamp's loyalty lies.
Seriously, folks, we do not want Wamp to be our next Governor.....

Who else is running for Governor?
To: Betty Jane
Who else is running for Governor? On the GOP side, no one that I have heard of besides Zach Wamp. Frist was supposedly entertaining the idea and Wamp said he would not run if Frist announced that he was running. So, with Wamp starting his campaign I suppose that means Frist has given up on the idea.
One this is absolutely certain, we can do A LOT better than Zach Wamp for Governor......

Bill Gibbons, Shelby County District Attorney, and others from East Tenn. that I don’t know their names.

He better start saying as governor he will have the balls to set a state wide speed limit instead of this county piece of crap set up by Ramsy.

I forgot that Marsha Blackburn is considering. I'm not crazy about any of them.. I would vote for Fred Thompson for Gov., even though, I didn’t want him for Pres.

I forgot that Marsha Blackburn is considering. Did you hear the story this week about Blackburn's trouble with her home? She is apparently being foreclosed on because her mortgage payment was set up on an auto-deduct withdrawal from her account, but the mortgage lender did not credit her loan with payments. I believe the mortgage lender was Countrywide. I only heard a brief blip on the radio yesterday about it. Sounded to me like she has a good law suit in the making. The question is whether Countrywide will be there to sue?

When you said Jr., were you referring to Harold Ford Jr.?

Countrywide is now owned by Bank of America.
To: Coldwater Creek
He’d be a tough candidate. Gor married and settled down since his last run.
