The thing I like about you, Frantzie, is that you always ask me questions which I can not readily answer. I don’t know how many Federal Courts exist in all the United States and US Territories, but let it suffice to say that there are a lot of Federal Courts and there are millions of Citizens who have Standing to sue bo, so now you see bo’s problem: There are overwhelming odds against bo’s political survival, if we the People do our duty and rise up against bo.

There are about 100 federal district courts (at least 1 in every state and territory; larger states have between 2 and 4; the exact total, IIRC, is 93). But the only court rulings to have come down so far say that no private citizen has standing. So people can file all the suits they want, but they will all be dismissed unless one appellate court reverses one of the standing rulings.

Not necessarily true at all. District courts are not bound by each other's decisions. Neighter are the Circuit Court's of appeals. When they disagree on some application of the Constitution, the Supreme Court is more likely to grant cert for an appeal.
