Okay, we will see who Chief Justice Roberts gives the Oath of Office to on Jan. 20.
He may indeed be given the oath of office on the 20th, but when the SCOTUS makes their decision he WILL be removed from office and arrested for fraud....No Impeachment, No appeal...just removed.
I would love to see him prepared to give the oath of office but with the caveat of “you better bring a certified birth certificate to the podium so I can look at it before I have you repeat after me”...
That would be such a fun thing to watch, and a lesson to the idjits freezing thier assets off out there in the crowd...

Interestingly, he gave it incorrectly. And the constitution requires othewise for it to be valid.
