In other words, not anywhere near the LAX, its traffic circle, the parking lots, or the runways.
The "suspect" wasn't on the airport grounds or any threat to anyone other than being a gun owner.
You seem to right in tune with the Obama regime.
I’ve been looking for updates on this topic tonight, they’ve been hard to come by.
It appears that the checkpoint was set up on the road leading to the airport. Century blvd (the cross street of the checkpoint) turns into Worldway. Worldway is the airport road for LAX. The search took place .2 miles at the intersection right before leading into LAX. So, it was probably the best place to set up a checkpoint since traffic was already at a stop. According to the map, it looks like it’s at the entrance of the airport.
You haven't a clue what you're talking about.
They put up the check points where there are no other exits, exiting away from LAX. Once you are at this point, there is no turning around. Why do you think they put these check points where they do?
Where this shot is taken is between the freaking runways, W/B Century x Sepulveda, almost into World Way north. There are no other exits at this point, only one way, W/B into the port.
