I'm saying acquittal in a criminal trial, which was predicated on much of the same evidence used in the Senate conviction, could well serve him in seeking having the Senate conviction overturned.Nothing in a criminal trial can affect Blago being removed from office. Once he's removed, that's it. A criminal trial does not affect a removal from office.
