I doubt Obama could beat President William Harrison’ short term. One month and he died.

I think that Obama’s roots go far into Chicago politics and Blago uncovered it. Maybe not intentionally, but he did nevertheless, so he’s go to go. In politics nowadays, dems assume that voters won’t remember next election and with a complicit media, they’re mostly right. I think O’s team made a determination that it would be better for them to dirty Blago now and get him out of the way so that he would have no credibility when other revelations came out. Think Clinton and those women.

So in context Blago is going to shoot Obama and someone is going to drop Blago, my guess is he should get witness protection right now.If the Clintons are on the tape, Blago will commit Arkicide.

Ruby shot Oswald who allegedly shot John F Kennedy (not Bobby). I concede Oswald the benefit of due process.

I dont know why the dems are being so aggressive about his impeachment. They want him off the national stage because they think it will reduce the national news coverage. Blago resigns or gets tossed out by the Ill. senate, and that's the end of the story until someday we all wake up a few years from now and find out what some jury decided in his case.

He mentioned Rahm Emanuel. *That* is a code word for Mr. President Elect, you better call these dogs off, or I am gonna spill more of your beans than Tony Rezko in gays-only holding cell. Warn me next time, spewed water all over my keyboard

MSM is portraying Blago as the goofball. They completely ignore Rahm’s and Reid’s hands in this mess, and Rahms MIA status. How convenient!

If this guy's a goofball, or delusional, or whatever one wants to think, he's a smart goofball. Very smart. This wasn't a presser; it was theater. He's no goofball. Reid assumed that and got his ass handed to him. He's a politician, and potentially a very dangerous one to certain as yet un-named parties. A character for sure, but absolutely sane.

But that's not the case. If he's impeached there is a trial with people under oath. The dems will have no way to control who is called to testify or what they might say. Forcing this to impeachment would be the last thing I would do if I was the dems.

Even should the trial occur after a Senate conviction, if he can't be convicted in a court, then he may have grounds to overturn a Senate conviction.Removal from office and a criminal conviction are separate from one another. Acquittal in a criminal trial would no more affect his removal, than would his removal allow for his immediate imprisonment.

No matter what, Shep should have kept his big mouth shut and let the presser go on. Fox needs to rid themselves of this a hole. He had no right, nor was it Fair and Balanced for him to chime in as the presser went on.
He could have saved his idiot opinion until it was over.
Blago may be an ass, but Shep is an even bigger ass.

Blago has just taken America to a new political low. To those of you hoping that Blago is playing some complicated game of "chicken" with Obama and are hoping that this goes all the way to the top, you're going to be very disappointed.
It's really very simple. Blago is the biggest narcissist ever to hold high elected office in America. He's the American Mugabe.
He is simply wallowing in all the attention and he wants it continue as long as possible before the inevitable happens and he's frogmarched off to the hoosegow. He wants to create a Blago-cult by playing the populist martyr. Hence the bizarre performance we just witnessed. It was pure theater.

No, I was referring to the FReepers on this thread who reacted to Blago’s theatrics as delusional, etc. I was pointing out there’s method in his “madness”.

Blago joins an elite club - shameless impeached Democrats.
Corrupt Democrats are a dime a dozen, but an impeached one - now that is special.
He and Clinton can now compare notes.

He mentioned Rahm approached him to suggest a way around the state legislature to get done one of the many things he had on his laundry list.
Is that when shep started running his mouth so we couldn’t hear it? I hope the little b*tch shep likes the scathing email i sent.
