One battle ends, another begins. His job done, President Bush will abandon the major press spotlight in 10 days. Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's match in the media arena has just begun; journalists and pundits continue to bash her, and the Gov. has struck back in a new video. Link mentions Susan B. Anthony List.

I hope that Mrs. Palin will just ignore the fools.

Better yet, the marxists over-reach and someone gets caught pulling a Dan Rather.

She can’t afford to. The tales will take on a life of their own and be accepted as fact by default. However the more they focus on Palin then the easier the eventual 2012 nominee will have it.

While I’m not calling Palin a dead horse, it seems Dems have to have one to beat. They own it all and can’t wean themselves from their apparent pathological need to demonize a prominent conservative.

Already happened when the media was covering the rumors that the baby was really Palin’s daughter’s kid, rather than Sarah’s. Then the daughter revealed her own pregnancy.

Personally I am tired of conceding the field to the liberal media. I think it is time to strike back with humor and confidence. To let it lay is to let the mantra be accepted. Once it is set it is very hard to change. That is why starting with the Clinton's, most political campaigns have a quick strike force to refute falsehoods put out by the media and others.

Mark my words, here's how comedians will get their laughs since 0bama will be off limits from ridicule:
"Today president 0bama . When reached for comment, Sarah Palin said ."
Hilarity ensues.

Ignore them? Like Bush you mean? That worked out nice for him.
She has to fight back when they assault her, but ignore them when trying to send her message. For this one has to tread in friendly territory or speak directly to the audience bypassing the MSM.

Watching "Jay Leno", his opening monologue is 2/3's about Republicans. Obama is like the third rail and he avoids this at all costs.
At some point he will get to slamming Lincoln while still avoiding the Dims I guess.

Personally, I can’t wait to see the final product of Ziegler’s documentary. Here’s hoping that with all the publicity, it becomes one of the most watched videos on the internet next month.

Governor Palin is tough, smart and it frightens the effete media That she’s a tough, beautiful woman frightens them even more. She’s all they are not, but want to be (the men included) and they want to destroy what they can never really be. She’s the real thing.
To: lakeprincess
Fine, let’s all bash the media.

Pray for bankruptcy for liberal publications and that many of these hacks will be begging to do to Johnny Cash biographies like Dan Rather has been doing.
