Or in short, wards of the state.
hell... couldn’t they wait until jan 20?
be ready, the clinton years of pc garbage is coming back (they already cue’d up homo’s in the military for one of their first plays)
And a “Happy zippidy doodah to you, today.”
Great movie and music. Now wonder the leftists don’t like it.
Rap is “crap” without the “c”.
THIS from the country that gave us JRR Tolkien who highly prized fairy tales. And I started reading his books when I was in the 3rd grade ("The Hobbit").. I've read it at least 5 times up until now. I advanced to "The Lord of the Rings" by the 5th grade. I've read the 'Trilogy' (there were actually 4 books, last one was sort of an appendix for the whole story) at least 10 times now.. and am reading it again every night before I sleep (on the 2 Towers, about halfway through)... But he made great fiction stories... MUCH deeper than Grimm and too complex for most kids. BUT, he had me interested quickly. The fairy tales spoken about here are to teach moral values in a simple way (life in general); and Tolkien just gave the same values in black and white in a much deeper analogy. PC is for pussies that can't handle someone who has moral values.
Mom??? What the heck is with the new age fairy tale stuff. Gimme Hans Christian Andersen or some of them Grimm Brothers, for Chrissake.Agreed 100%!!!
How about "Uncle Remus?" Please, don't throw me into the briar patch! B-)Briar Rabbit was my favorite... had the book when I was MUCH younger..
The movie was called Song of the SouthHad never seen it until I came to Japan.. Had to do a crudload of torrent searches to find it. Finally was able to DL it and watch it for the first time about a year ago... What is wrong with a does of good natured history?! :0
How about “Uncle Remus?”
He will now be called Uncle Obama.
Grimm stories are my favorite. Make sure to buy a book that has the original unedited stories though...
Those old fairy tales taught good life lessons and morals. I guess that’s why the ‘modern’ parents consider them ‘offensive’.
Mary had a little lamb
Its fleece was black as soot
and everywhere that Mary went
Its sooty foot he put
