NOW he is the President-elect and Biden is the Veep-elect. Heaven help us if the “natural born” challenge is heard and wins. How would President Biden grab you? How about President Pelosi if Joe chooses / is forced to choose her for Veep?

Read the 20th Amendment:
” ... 3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified ...”
If declared ineligible BEFORE inauguration, Biden would ACT as POTUS after January 20th UNTIL a new POTUS shall have qualified ...
Who that would be, who knows? Does SCOTUS order that the second-place finisher (McCain) is the winner? Or do they order a new election?
If declared ineligible AFTER inauguration, Biden would BE POTUS and would presumably pick his new VP.
However, if SCOTUS ruled that Obama’s “election” as POTUS was based upon a fraud, Biden’s “election” as VP (and, consequently, his elevation to POTUS) MIGHT be nullified since they were “elected” as a ticket.
If that was the case, who knows? Does POTUS declare the second-place finisher (McCain) the winner? Or do they order a new election?
