Global warming is caused by Liberals. The BEST way to keep the planet from warming is to
1) Cover the mouths of Liberals with Duct Tape,
2) Place Liberals in underground prisons (ambient temperature in caves will cool the hot air),
3) Send Liberals to Africa because there’s already hot air there. They could help the Africans build irrigation ditches, etc.
Now don't be miserly......we have to make sure we send them with the spoons they'll need to get the job done!
