The only way to handle the gangster situation is to declare open season.No, you simply enforce the current law without prejudice. To do otherwise is to encourage lawlessness.
I have no problem taking every murderer, drug dealer, rapist, child molester and give them a fair trial, one appeal and turn them into worm food.
