Any journalist who enters Gaza becomes a fig leaf and front for the Hamas terror organization, and I see no reason why we should help that.
I would be pleased and honored to sit and have a beer with this man, heck, I’d even pay for it..

The Times is pining for the good old days when it could send in a reporter like Walter Duranty who lied about famine in the Ukraine in the 30's and extolled the virtues of Stalin. The Times still has Duranty's tarnished Pulitzer among it's treasured jewels.
Israel has it right, no more lying Times "reporters" to act as enemy propagandists.

In the meantime, maybe the NY Times should amuse itself by trying to do a little reporting from Tibet (and see how much access they get)?

The NYT forgets that Hamas has a nasty habit of kidnapping journalists.

Israel's leftist Supreme Court issued an idiotic order that said the Israeli government should allow a limited number of foreign reporters into Gaza. One which thankfully, the government saw fit to ignore.

I oppose this idea. Let’s take up a collection to put lots of NYTs reporters, and CNN and MSNBC reporters in Gaza.

This morning that doofus at Fox was arguing with an Israeli rep about "allowing free access" to the press.
Of course the rep couldn't insult the moron by pointing out that, in the past, "journalists" and their palestinian assistants and interpreters were de facto intelligence agents for the mass murderers.
Not the best way to fight a war, unless you truly don't care about ones's own young men dying on the front.

For a $30,000 bribe, they can have a reporter in Zimababwe.

So the Egyptians aren’t allowing reporters in from their side?
I wasn’t clear on this, have the Egyptians allowed the Israelis resumed control of the Egyptian border crossings?
