I like that one. Stay and screw up your OWN state.

Haven’t you heard? The US/Spanish/Austrailian connection is schedualed for a go this summer.

Separate lanes for large trucks seemed like a good idea, for several reasons.

Not if you're an ambulance chasing trial lawyer who makes a living suing trucking companies after 18-wheelers collide with passenger vehicles.

Or the far-more likely scenario of a passenger car colliding with an 18-wheeler.

Have you ever seen a south Texas rattlesnake? Make a fist and then look at the top of your hand, that is how big their heads are. Be careful where you step.

"RINO Rick Perry no longer has an office in Texas government"

Rick Perry derangement syndrome on parade.

Only way to kill it is to “salt the earth” from where it was born. “Salt the earth” is sending RINO Rick to retirement.

I'd be happy if they just banned trucks from the left lane. I get really tired of being stuck behind a truck that won't (or can't) get up enough speed to pass and get back over in the right lane.

You really need three lanes to make it work. There's a 70-mile section of I-35 from about Jarrell to Buda that is three lane and trucks are banned from the left lane. Unless it's rush hour in Austin, that section of I-35 is a pleasure to drive.

No, I haven’t. I have heard they can be dangerous, but I haven’t seen a snake yet. But, I will be careful out there...

At least I see that I'm not alone...

BTW, is it now fashionable to morph disagreement with an office holder's politics into some sort of "derangement syndrome"? (Sounds like a liberal cop-out scheme to me...)

<LOL!> Yes it does! Thanks. There you go blowing my excuse... '-)

FWIW, the "multitouch" trackpad on my MacBookPro works like the iPhone: touching the pad with two fingers and spreading them apart increases type size (on most websites) -- and "pinching" reduces image size... (I just checked -- it works on the FR "Post" form, too...)

Darn! Now where's my excuse... '-{
