It's just another gimmick for raising taxes. Nothing more. It's no different than “for the children”, or “for the environment”, or “for the whatever”. It's just more taxes, nothing else than that.

Time after time we prove that Gov can not tax and spend their way into net revenue gains. Cut taxes gain revenue tried and true. You just can’t fix STUPID. Amen.
