Xxxxxxx just arrived here in nj from the port authority bus terminal in times square.
he is reporting a high presence of armed and outfitted military personnel, in
and around the port authority/times square area. this is not standard
at the port authority. clearly, the city is responding to some sort of
perceived threat.
