I think there would be a serious backlash on American Muslims if they tried something in NYC.There wasn't really any backlash after 9/11...I would expect a lot of noise but that's about it...

There wasn't really any backlash after 9/11...I would expect a lot of noise but that's about it... Probably because any perpetrators of such a backlash would be prosecuted with hate crimes and suffer harsher penalties than the terrorists themselves.
