You can take a look at the Wikipedia article on Panetta for yourself but if you do be prepared to find nothing in his background or experience that would prepare him for or qualify him to be the head of CIA. So, from Obama’s apparent perspective that makes him a perfect choice. This may be the end of the CIA as we know it. Who knows, it could be that is a good thing.
