Yes and no.
Yes it is their “duty” to punish those who betray the faith BUT at the same time it is ok for them to lie about their faith as long as the ends justify the means.
Emper0r Zer0 is lying about what religion he belongs to. There was the interview he did with the NY Times where he said that the shahada (islamic call to prayer) is the most beautiful sound on earth and was able to recite it precicely without accent. Then there was the interview with George Stephanopolous where he said “my muslim faith”, and George corrected him by saying “your Christian faith”.
