That’s a good reason to avoid vaccines. How does one go about finding out exactly which ones contain the fetal cell components?

Only a few use fetal cell lines and you can find a good list of them (and alternatives)
here. The main ones that do are the US Rubella vaccine (part of the MMR, hence the use of the monovalent Measles and Mumps vaccines that Merck is apparently going to stop making again), Chickenpox, and Hepatitis A.
