I have had my dealings with NOPD and have seen them go wild on suspects and innocent citizens. NOPD is without question a brutal force.

And yes, it would appear that the incident on N. Claiborne was a very bad shooting.

Will the new DA bring charges?

At least, when they're not fleeing hurricanes or looting Wal-Mart for "free" goodies during civil unrest.
